Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, with proof of purchase, and may only be done once. Items must be in saleable condition, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are not eligible to be refunded. Please contact us via email for a Return Authorization Code prior to making an exchange; note that exchange overages are in the form of store credit. We appreciate your understanding!

All sales are final on jewelry, seasonal + holiday related items, special + custom orders, rugs, candles, soap + other botanicals, lingerie, pillows, blankets, quilts + bedding, food + candy, vintage + antiques, plush + stuffed animals, stationery, books and anything removed from original packing.
