In the late 1950’s Mario and Viviane Rigaud’s inspiration was to combine fine fragrance with wax to create an entirely new product: the world’s first scented candle. All Rigaud candles continue to be hand-made in France with unique fragrances and their own special soft wax which gives their candles an intensity and longevity unmatched to this day.
